Dr. Anastassia LauterbachEntrepreneur
Dr. Anastassia Lauterbach served as a Senior Vice President of Global Business Operations Europe at Qualcomm Incorporated. Before joining Qualcomm, Dr. Lauterbach spent over 14 years in various operational and strategic roles at Deutsche Telekom, Daimler Chrysler Financial Services, McKinsey & Company and Munich Reinsurance Company. Dr. Lauterbach served as a Senior Vice President of Business Development at Deutsche Telekom AG from November 2010 to March 2011 and also served as its Head of Product and Innovation Department since March 2010. Dr. Lauterbach has been a Director of Dun & Bradstreet Corp. since August 5, 2013. She serves on Advisory and Supervisory Boards of several US and European based technology companies.
Tina Eckert is the founder and CEO of Karmalaya, Kaliare and Kaliis; all of which are Salzburg based companies that combine tourism, fashion and leadership with social engagement, empowerment and sustainability.
Seda RöderFounder of Sonophilia
Seda Röder is an adventurous musician with an artistic vision of “walking through life with open ears”. Her passion for exploring uncharted musical grounds and creating refreshing aural experiences for her audience make her one of the most engaging pianists of her generation. Seda is the founder and the soul of the Sonophilia Summer Retreat. She believes in the power of music and is always looking for synergies between music and life style.
Thomas Schönauer is a leading European sculptor and artist. He works with traditional and innovative industrial materials, and develops new ones in partnership with major chemical engineering companies such as Henkel and Thyssen Krupp. He co-created completely new, water based epoxy systems in order to achieve the highest standards of sustainability and artistic quality.
Dr. Karoline ZenzPsychologist
Dr. Karoline Zenz is a psychologist and experienced yoga and meditation teacher. She has been working as a researcher and business consultant over the past fifteen years. Consulting executives on topics such as concentration, creativity and stress reduction, she strongly believes in empowering people through strengthening the mind. Her passion for yoga, mindfulness and related topics is deeply felt throughout her work.

The venue is situated in the setting of rustic St. Jakob am Thurn, a small village 15 minutes from Salzburg. The compound hosts a fully equiped theater and concert stage as well as an organic food restaurant.
